  : It was convenient to where our tournament was. The bed was comfortable.
  : There was no hot water on the second night or the morning so I had a cold shower. The bathtub did not drain so I was standing in dirty water. The public restrooms were filthy. The overworked staff at the front desk were rude.

  : The front lobby was clean
  : The lock on the back door was broken, the elevators were fire traps, the hallway smelled of pet urine, the bathroom was not cleaned, urine on the bathroom floor, stained furniture, stained walls and doors, blackout curtains did not keep out the very bright security lights from outside, dust accumulated all around the ceiling including the bathroom fans and ac units.

  : It’s dirty and needs some cleaning. Gum was stuck on the wall in the elevator and crumbs and a lollipop stick greeted us in the room.

  : Check out. Morning staff was pleasant.
  : Night staff at check in were rude and short. More interested with entertaining eachother than focusing on guests. Warm milk at breakfast... you're lucky I didn't call the heath department on you. It did cross my mind.
